Precious Olungwe Foundation outreach, girls holding sanitary pads

Dignity for girls. Honor for elders.

We are ending period poverty across Nigeria, one school, one community, one girl at a time. Free sanitary pads. Real menstrual education. No girl missing class because of her body.

Born from one simple belief

No girl should ever miss school, hide in shame, or fall behind...

What started as a single school visit has grown into a mission...

What grounds this work

Every outreach, partnership, and decision is shaped by dignity, compassion, accountability, and service.

Dignity

We treat every girl and every elder with respect, privacy, and care, never as a statistic.

Compassion

We show up with empathy, listening first and responding with practical support that changes real lives.

Stewardship

We are accountable to the communities we serve, using every gift with transparency, care, and purpose.

What your support has already made possible

Every number below is a girl who stayed in class, a community that showed up, and a conversation about periods that no longer happens in silence.

Each outreach is its own story, a school, a community, and a set of girls whose year changed because we showed up with more than just pads.

Elder Care
01. Elder Care Program

Care beyond the classroom

We are expanding our work to support elders and families with dignity, practical care, and community-based aid. The program includes home care support, food and welfare assistance, companionship, and help connecting seniors to the care they need.

Pad Distribution & Peer Education

Dozens of girls, one shared moment of relief, with packs raised high and smiles impossible to miss. This outreach paired distribution with peer-led conversation, so the girls left with pads and with answers.
